What it does
Workout is a tool for creating structured training sessions from plain text. Write a session in a readable format, check it, and send it to a Garmin device as a structured workout.
It supports running, cycling, and strength workouts with pace, heart rate, power, cadence, and load targets, interval repeat blocks, and superset grouping for strength sessions.
A training plan format lets you assign workouts to named days and send a week of planned sessions together.
